Letter to Congress re: SNAP EBT benefits to be used for online purchase and delivery of groceries

I along with over 70 MA State Representatives and Senators signed onto the letter below calling on Congress to include a provision in the next stimulus package that allows SNAP EBT benefits to be used for online purchase and delivery of groceries and provide funding to the State for the upgrade needed. This is an essential policy for enabling MA residents to stay at home and helping us all to remain as healthy as possible during the surge.USDA's Food and Nutrition Service launched a successful pilot in 6 states. The aforementioned provision will enable Massachusetts to benefit from this pilot. You can see the letter here.
