Representative Livingstone Signs onto Letter Against Ratepayer Financing on Natural Gas Pipe Lines

Representative Livingstone, along with his colleagues in the House, signed onto a letter penned by Representatives Kulik and Jones asking leadership to omit public support for natural gas pipeline expansion from upcoming omnibus energy legislation conversations.
